TRANSFERS ROTATION SO THE FAN CAN PULL AIR THROUGH RADIATOR. HELPS REGULATE COOLING (E-VISCO FAN SYSTEMS). KEEPS ENGINE TEMP UNDER CONTROL BY PREVENTING ENGINE FROM OVERHEATING UNDER LOAD.
