RENOVATED AMT TRANSMISSION PROGRAM

The program supports you with a cost effective option for trucks that are later in the life cycle. This document outlines the features and benefits of each product offering available. Overview

  • Complete assembly, ready to install
  • Includes top shift cover, electronic control unit, clutch control actuator (CCA), and the auxiliary range section
  • All units are disassembled as required, inspected and cleaned
  • Operationally tested to ensure quality and functionality
  • Wearable items such as gaskets and seals are replaced. All other components are inspected and checked for fit, form and function. If found to be outside of specifications are repaired or replaced

Core Return Instructions

  1. Transmission must be drained of all fluids
  2. Core must be returned within one month of purchase date
  3. Core must be returned on the same stand/packaging as the Exchange Component was delivered in
  4. All cores must be generally cleaned and have no fluids leaking or heavily soiled
  5. Attach Core Return Tag to transmission being returned
  6. The transmission housing must have no visible cracks
  7. Core must be returned complete with all components as supplied unit. If not, a deduction will be made from core value (see deduction list).
  8. Ship core to: DEX Heavy Duty Parts, 2016 Cornatzer, Road, Advance, NC 27006
